Three Fruit Smoothie
Time: 5 minutes
Yields: One large smoothie
1 banana, frozen
Half of a medium apple, sliced
1 orange, peeled
- Blend ingredients together. The orange should provide plenty of juice to get everything blended, but, if necessary, add up to 3 tablespoons of water or orange juice.
